This rental is only for students:
Cozy Room Right Next to DTU (CPR Available!)—A practical room managed by an Associate Professor teaching at DTU Health Tech, located in a peaceful residential area, ideal for international students or researchers at DTU.

Skip the expensive daily bus and train fares! In Denmark, public transport is famously costly—even with a student discount, a monthly youth pass (Ungdomskort) costs DKK 718, and regular adult commuter cards can easily exceed DKK 1,000/month.

Location & Transit:
• To DTU: A straightforward 800m walk to the campus boundary.
• Grocery Shopping: Netto supermarket is just 450m away (about a 5-minute walk).
• Public Transit:
- Bus lines 182, 183, and 193 stop right outside.
- Brede Train Station (Lokalbane 910) is 650m away (an 8-minute walk), providing a direct connection to Lyngby and central Copenhagen.

Outdoor & Hygge Environment:
• There is a small, quiet shared garden right outside the door with wooden tables and chairs—perfect for a morning coffee or studying outdoors.
• The beautiful Brede Dam lake and the scenic Mølleåen nature paths are just a short walk away, offering a peaceful environment to experience Danish "hygge" and relax after classes.

Shared Facilities (Basement):
• Access to a dedicated washing machine (shared only with your flatmates).

Rental Agreement & Legal:
• Standard Contract: To ensure full transparency and mutual protection, a standard Danish rental contract (Typeformular A, 10th edition) will be provided. All terms, deposits, and notice periods strictly adhere to the Danish Rent Act (Lejeloven).
• CPR Registration: Fully available and compliant with local regulations. Registration is straightforward once the rental agreement is finalized.

Please Note (Bedding & Curtains):
• Hygiene Standards: To keep the room fresh and clean, all bedding is thoroughly washed between guests. Because of occasional updates, the style or color of the linens, pillows, and curtains may differ slightly from what you see in the photos.
• Optional Bedding Discount: If you prefer to bring your own bedding (including bedsheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers), you must notify me in writing before the rental agreement is finalized. A one-time discount of 200 DKK will then be applied to your first month's rent. Please note that this discount cannot be requested after your arrival or once the room has been prepared.
